Tali has been active in the field of taxation for more than forty years. During her seventeen years at the Israel Tax Authority, she served, among other roles, as Legal Advisor to the Customs and VAT Division and as Commissioner of Income Tax. In these capacities, she led the most extensive international tax reform ever undertaken in Israel, alongside legislative amendments, tax treaties and additional international initiatives. Since leaving the Tax Authority, Tali has gained some twenty more years of experience in the private sector, advising on tax planning and complex Israeli and cross-border transactions. She is also active in intergenerational wealth transfer planning involving Israeli residents and non-residents, new immigrants, and complex structures and trusts. Tali has been a partner at leading law firms and currently serves as Managing Partner of Yaron-Eldar, Paller, Schwartz & Co. She and her firm are consistently ranked in the top tier of leading professional rankings in Israel and worldwide. Tali holds an LL.B. and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University.
As Chairwoman of Be, Tali brings her vast knowledge and experience to the company and takes part in its management and in shaping its strategy and direction.
Over more than a decade, Adi has built unique, in-depth expertise in global business expansion. Throughout his career, he has guided hundreds of companies and entrepreneurs, from startups to public companies, through incorporation and expansion processes in dozens of countries worldwide, addressing a broad range of legal, business and regulatory challenges with solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Adi gained his extensive commercial experience at leading Israeli law firms, most recently at Shibolet & Co. He holds an LL.B. and a BBA, both from Reichman University.
As head of Be, Adi leads the company by combining his legal, business and international experience, creating a unique synergy across his areas of expertise for the benefit of the company’s clients.
Sivan is a senior economist with a proven track record in management roles at leading financial institutions, where she has led teams and overseen the management of investment portfolios exceeding ILS 400 billion. She has extensive experience managing operations at investment houses and major financial entities, including Amitim – Israel’s Veteran Pension Funds and Menora Financial. Over the years, Sivan has headed operations and investment accounting departments, gaining significant managerial experience in establishing, building and leading teams and complex work interfaces. She also brings broad experience in the demanding world of capital markets and investment operations, together with proven strengths in strategic thinking, process leadership, analytical thinking and logistical planning. Her background further includes extensive experience in banking and regulation, complementing her wide-ranging expertise in capital markets and finance. Sivan holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA from the College of Management Academic Studies.
At Be, Sivan is responsible for managing operations and client relations, bringing precision, professionalism and business sensitivity to every process.
Yoram is a senior professional in finance, accounting and business consulting, with more than four decades of experience advising companies and in financial management, capital raising and investments. He began his professional career at the accounting firm Luboshitz Kasierer & Co., became a partner when the firm joined the international Arthur Andersen network, and later served as a partner at Ernst & Young following the 2003 merger of the firms, until his retirement at the end of 2007. Throughout his career, Yoram gained extensive experience in auditing, financial and business advisory services, and managing professional teams, working with banking and financial institutions, investment houses, provident and pension fund management companies, and industrial and commercial companies. Since his retirement, he has continued to work as a financial and economic advisor, in capital raising, as a director, and as an investor in various ventures. He currently serves as a director of Actaeon Ltd. and has previously served as a director and audit committee member at leading public companies, including Dikla Insurance Company (part of the Harel Insurance Group), N.M.C. United Entertainment Ltd., and the U.S.-based Advanced Technology Acquisition Corp. Alongside his business activities, Yoram has been engaged in public and volunteer work for many years. He currently serves as Chairman of Emmanuel – Guardianship for People with Autism, founded by ALUT, and previously served on the executive board of AFI – Asperger Israel, and as a member of the executive board and Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Association for Israel’s Soldiers.
As CFO of Be, Yoram brings rich financial and managerial experience, a broad business perspective, and many years of experience working with companies, management teams, investors and financial institutions.
Gil is a senior executive and business consultant with more than three decades of experience in management, business development, economic consulting and entrepreneurship. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions, including CEO, CFO and VP of Business Development at the Flying Cargo Group, and has guided companies and organizations in making strategic decisions, identifying business opportunities and building meaningful partnerships. Gil has an academic background in Industrial Engineering and Management, along with an MBA and an M.A. in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Tel Aviv University.
At Be, Gil supports the company in shaping its business strategy, including business development, identifying opportunities and partnerships, and entering new markets.
